Marilyn West, who received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Alumni Council in 2006, will be addressing those gathered for Waynesburg University’s Charter Day Convocation on March 24^th. Charter Day is an annual celebration which marks the charter by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The celebration includes a procession of faculty and the recognition of students honored in Who”s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. This year is the 159^th anniversary of the charter. Marilyn is honored to have been chosen and always looks forward to returning to her alma mater.
