WEST associate Justin House was one of 8000 people to attend a motivational seminar at the Richmond Coliseum on May 20th. The all day event included many high profile speakers such as: Terry Bradshaw, Rudy Giuliani, Sarah Palin and Colin Powell. Increasing productivity, setting goals and achieving them, take-charge leadership and making it through a crisis were all discussed during the day.
The Get Motivated Seminar has been described by the Washington Post as “The Super Bowl of success”, and it certainly left Justin with a favorable impression. When asked which speaker he found most impressive, Justin replied Colin Powell. He felt Powell’s demeanor and message of leadership inspired the large audience. Justin then added that Rudy Giuliani and Terry Bradshaw also stood out as fine speakers.
