BATCH GROUP F/G: (F) Gamma Knife Surgery, Lithotripsy and Radiation Therapy  (G) Nursing Home Beds and Nursing Home Capital Expenditures The Letter of Intent (LOI) for Batch Group F/G is due on Thursday, May 1, 2008. The Application Filing deadline is on  Monday, June 2. Letters of Intent and Applications must be received by both the regional health planning agency and the COPN Office not later than the established deadlines. (Please note the new address of the DCOPN and Central Virginia Health Planning Agency offices**)
