M. H. West & Co., Inc. (WEST) is a ten year old Richmond, Virginia-based planning and
consulting company. The firm specializes in management, planning and education services.
It has extended this specialization into the criminal justice system to enhance
performance excellence. WEST's clients include the Richmond Department of Juvenile Justice
Services and the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. This work has required
WEST to visit jails and prisons extensively.
PART I - THE GRAMMAR COURSE
