During the past 35 years
Marilyn West has played an active role in the Commonwealth's Certificate of Public
Need Program. For the first 12 years, she directed the program. For the
last 13 years, she has assisted existing and proposed medical care facility providers
navigate this challenging program through M. H. West & Co., Inc.
