COACH (Confidence Offers All Citizens Hope) is an educational program designed by
M. H. West & Co., Inc. to give students necessary experiences, which are not found in
a text book. The focus of COACH is to promote the quality of life. COACH is ideal for school systems,
nonprofit organizations, medical care facilities, churches, day care facilities,
correctional facilities and other businesses that provide services to young people.
COACH Objectives:
- Build character development skills
- Develop a consistent goal setting system
- Polish verbal, nonverbal and written
communication skills
- Enhance problem solving/creative thinking
skills
- Explore stress and stress management
techniques
- Gain leadership development skills
The COACH program will:
- Boost student motivation and creative

self-confidence

The Motivator is a newsletter
publication to support the efforts of the COACH program. Separate editions are
available for both middle and high school students, as well as an edition created for
