The Division of Youth Services of the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has selected M.H. West & Co., Inc. (WEST) as your Technical Assistance (TA) provider.  We want to keep in touch and provide tools and other resources to facilitate your efforts and promote excellence in your performance as you implement your grants.  In addition to the Team Up for Success publication, which WEST is introducing in this email, ETA and WEST will use a number of other approaches to deliver technical assistance.  Among the communication modes will be Webinars, Telephone Meetings, Website Links, On-site Grantee Meeting Facilitation, Peer to Peer Exchanges and Training Forums.

Conversations with Grantee Reps and FPOs during the last few weeks have been most instructive in identifying your anticipated TA needs. WEST will continue with these telephone meetings.  Coming soon will be announcements about a Collaborative Work Space (CWS) site, a Webinar on "Jump Starting" grant implementation and a Grantee Orientation Meeting, all supported by ETA. The CWS will provide for the exchange of documents and resources among the grantees, the ETA and WEST.

Below are several documents and links to resources that focus primarily on the reintegration of youthful offenders from planning, programmatic, operations, best practices and evaluation perspectives.
