improvement, total quality management and marketing. He also has considerable
experience in employee satisfaction surveys, employee handbook development and

Thomas L. Wilkinson, M.C.
... joined M. H. West & Co., Inc. as a Vice-President after a successful
career with a Richmond-Virginia based Fortune 500 company. Among Tom's credentials
are expertise in building codes such as BOCA, ICBO, SBCCI; in regulations such as the ADA
and OSHA; and in adhesive bonding for which he received the Award of Merit which is the
highest award given by the American Society for Testing
Materials (ASTM) in 1996. He also served as chairman of ASTM's D14 Committee on
Adhesives from 1990 to 1996. Additionally, Tom has extensive product and project
management experience.
